Compliance

Built for the standards courts rely on

Security, accountability, and reporting practices behind every Guardian GPS device and platform.

End-to-end encryption

Location and event data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Role-based access

Officers, agencies, and partners see only the information they need for their role.

Audit logging

Every access and alert is recorded, so programs can show who saw what and when.

Court-ready reporting

Our platform is built around the reporting requirements courts and agencies already use, including compliance reports for hearings.

24/7/365 monitoring

A staffed monitoring center reviews alerts around the clock, with an average alert response under 60 seconds.

Redundant infrastructure

Monitoring never depends on a single system, so alerts keep flowing.

Device standards

The GPS Ankle Monitor is FCC, IC, and CE compliant and rated IP68 for water resistance. See the GPS Ankle Monitor page for full specifications.

Who can see data

Monitoring data is available only to the assigned officer, court, or agency overseeing a program, and to the staff who operate the monitoring service. Family members do not have access. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

Our approach

We tell courts and participants exactly what our devices can and can’t do, and we hold our own systems to the same standard we ask of our partners. Participants are treated with dignity while programs stay accountable.

Compliance documentation

Courts, agencies, and resellers who need documentation for procurement, program setup, or audits can request it from our team at support@trackpeople.net.
